Practice Manager

Key Requirements for role:
- Must have management experience preferably as practice manager in allied health (not in medical centre)
- Ability to train and support a team of receptionists to meet KPIs and constantly improve the delivery of customer service
- Highly organised and able to develop systems and implement with the team

Position: Part time role – part time may be considered
Availability: 8am – 8pm, Monday to Friday
- Part time role – 30-32 hours mornings 8am-3pm, occasional coverage and availability for evening shifts to cover other staff
- 8am – 8pm availability required
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Practice Manager to join our team. As the face of our business, you will play a pivotal role in providing industry leading customer service to our loyal and valued clients. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, managing bookings, handling phone calls and emails, processing payments, and providing strong administrative support to our allied health staff.
Responsibilities and Expectations as a Customer Service Leader:
- Deliver exceptional service to our valued clients
- Manage reception duties including greeting clients and handling payments
- Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails
- Coordinate appointment bookings
- Provide strong administrative support
- Training and upholding reception team standards
- Assist in keeping our beautiful space neat and tidy
- Rostering and training of your team of receptionists
- Be accountable to KPIs for diary bookings and cancellations
Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate:
- Experience in a customer facing role, preferably managing a practice in Allied health (not medical centre)
